About Helen -

Helen’s deep love for health and well–being began when she attended Kings Hospital secondary school where she became the first athlete in the history of the school to represent Ireland at International level. Cross country running honed Helen’s endurance and competitiveness skills. Later, her ability to compete, no matter what the conditions, was evident when she won a lady captain’s golf prize while she was five months pregnant!! Helen’s ability to lead in business began in 1982 when she managed a group of eight women in the retail clothes industry. To further her business skills she completed a business course with The National College of Ireland.

Helen began working as a Massage Therapist in 1990. She went right to the top of her profession and was employed as senior massage therapist at the 5-star K-Club Hotel and Country Club, Straffan, Co. Kildare. After three years Helen was headhunted for a position as a Massage Instructor at Colaiste Ide College, Dublin, where she tutored third level students for another 3 year period part-time.

With this experience, her entrepreneurial qualities and her natural ability to lead, she set up her own I.T.E.C (International Therapy Examination Council) Registered College in Naas, Co Kildare where she was course director, massage instructor and business tutor for eight years. Between 1993 and 1995 Helen studied Nutrition and Diet. Her unique skill in recognising vitamin and mineral deficiencies, combined with her advanced understanding of how the body works ensures that Helen’s clients experience positive health results. Helen noticed that many eating / health problems were connected to emotional stress, relationship issues and the strains of life in general.

This led Helen back to part – time studying. After a challenging and life-changing five year period she attained a BSc. Honours Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Between 2016 and 2017 Helen counselled at Tig Linn Residential Addiction Treatment Centre, Brittas Bay, Co. Wicklow. In 2015 Helen had a cancer scare. She researched effective ways to treat the body at cellular level. As a result Helen’s company, Helen Coe Healthcare added the Chanson Alkaline Water Systems, the Helen Coe Exercise Rebounder, Molecular Hydrogen Rich Water and Doterra medicinal oils to their product range. These four products treat the body at cellular level. Helen believes emotional and spiritual health also play a major part in the healing/recovery process. With her life’s experience and expertise she provides and facilitates Healing Courses.
